Dr. Melanie A. Kerber

Melanie Kerber is a retired school superintendent and career educator. She holds a Doctorate of Special Education and Administration from West Virginia University in Morgantown and was raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is the spouse of a retired Foreign Service officer with overseas and domestic tours in Washington, D.C., the Central African Republic, Kingston, Jamaica, Brussels, and Belgium.

​Dr. Kerber will provide you with a copy of her criminal background clearance from the state police, FBI, and Office of Child Abuse. Melanie lives with her husband in Ocean Pines. She and Frank have a son named Brandon who resides in Bayonne, New Jersey, and works in the anti-money laundering division of Investors Bank.
